The restaurant is completely understaffed. Booked a table and waited 40 minutes no one asking if I need anything just run past and serve the bigger tables. I will not recommend this hotel to any business people traveling to Eindhoven. The service is not worth visiting at all..

Fantastic business hotel. Very modern, well designed rooms, excellent for business travelers. The hotel is situated in a quiet place, rooms are spacious and well maintained. The restaurant is good, breakfast is a good wholesome spread. Worth its money.

I had a great experience staying at the Novotel Eindhoven - the room was clean and comfortable, the food and service in the restaurant was fantastic, and every single member of staff I encountered was kind, courteous and helpful. Perfect for a stopover, close to the airport but be aware there is no shuttle service - only taxi (about 10 euros). Overall, the hotel had a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and I'd definitely stay there again!

Nice Hotel, Good Breakfast & Friendly staff. However, I find the room cleaning service to be below standard. Soap and coffee were not refilled daily.

We stopped here to get our morning flight. Rooms were nice, beds very comfortable. Kids had fun in the pool. Dinner was just Ok. But breakfast was excellent. They even open it for us 15 mins earlier so we could eat quietly before our flight

Online check-in was great and being there at the hotel was just like being on a small island. You were treated as royal guests. Front desk staff were very helpful for everything. Restaurant personnel was always helpful and polite. Rooms were very clean and up dated. Complement bottle water a day would have been nice.

A bit to luxurious for my taste but very nice. We encountered some difficulty finding the hotel in the dark as it is set back in a lovely forest near a bicycle path and our directions were unclear. There was a free computer and printer for printing boarding passes, and when we had some technical problems the front staff were very kind to access and print our boarding passes from their own computer. They also called a taxi for us to get to the airport, but we could have also taken the bus.

Some problems on check-in with my card as well as getting a room key. Dealt with quickly and efficiently.
