First of all there was a mouse in our room on second floor. When we then got a new room the toilet was leaking every time we flushed and there were ants everywhere inside the room. Becides that there was no aircondition or fan in the room, which is almost unbearable when there is 27/29 degrees outside. But the staff is nice, and it is a very good location close to shopping and cafees.

Oh man, big disappointment! I booked a single room with bathroom and yes, I got room number five with the bathroom in the hall. Yes, it's very clearly mentioned number 5 has it's bathroom in the hall NOT! Small room, hot. Worst hotel in 50+ bookings.

Not the best stay I've ever had. The room (12) was generaly clean but I did ask for and get a clean shower curtain. No choice for breakfast, which was delivered to the room on time. No window but skylights. Noisy at night from various low frequency sources including music venues. Staff responsive and friendly but coukd not help with the noise. Very expensive for what you get. I would not stay there again, enough said.

Room 5's "private" bathroom isn't en-suite.

The room was noisy, and very hot. The included breakfast wasn't, and they charged an additional 5% to pay by credit card that wasn't mentioned when booking.

Avoid, at all costs.
