We were there short but the service was unexeptionally good. Good breakfast and very nice rooms, some with a defined theme, like Africa or India. Beautiful!

Lovely place for a casual and relaxing stay. We had the Ndebele room with bathtub. Great for kids too! Every room has its own theme. Wide view. A place to recommend! Free wifi, breakfast included, 5 minutes from city Deventer.

It's hard to reach by any means of transport, but once you get there the area is truly stunning. I never stayed the night but the food and drinks are always of good quality. The prices tend to be on the high side though.

Attended a wedding party held at Hotel Gaia. The building and it's surroundings are great, and so were the old stables now converted into private booths. I didn't fancy the other room's decorations though, although I have to admit to seeing only a limited section of the whole property. Also, matter of personal taste of course. Staff was very friendly. Would come again, but just for lunch or some drinks.

Went to hotel Gaia last Sunday in the afternoon. Got a nice shared dinner consisting of various dishes. The food and drinks were great, although a little bit expensive. The scenery of Hotel Gaia is enough compensation; located in a forest with a great view and an interior with nice furniture it is worthy of another visit!
