RUN! Staff is unfriendly and rude condescending from cassiere to bathroom female witch and all the kitchen ass! But the main problem is the guy who supposedly is the
manager ROBERT HE's a real DICK! He is unfriendly, RUDE, condescending, Mean, disrespectful, arrogant, snobbish acts like a real dictator, imperious!
This ain't your store it says hornbach not Robert bitching down customers store!
You need a reality check and your staff!
Hope this place will go out of business because they are not going to make it by treating paying customers like trash!

Very helpful young man assisted us when we returned a broken LED lamp. Wish we had his name. He served 8 years in the army. All staff is friendly but he took this extra time. It was appreciated.

Anything and everything you need, waaaaaaay better positioned than many "stores" of the kind. Prices are very reasonable. Pretty much the only place I will regularly visit when in need.

Big store, lots of products, also for the garden. However, if you really need a specific product or some good building advice you are better of in a specialty shop.

Huge shop, lots of items at a good price, but a bit of a disorganized mess. The employees try to be helpful, but know very little about the products and their application. It is a typical big box store. Better off going to your neighborhood shop for specific advice.
