  Gebeld met kantoor of het item op voorraad was. Netjes naar de dichtstbijzijnde showroom gestuurd waar ik het kon afhalen. Zelfs toilet en koffie. zeer vriendelijk professioneel medewerkers

  I ordered the parts for the car, I heard that tomorrow (today) morning. after arriving at the shop in Delft it turned out that part has not been ordered and I was exposed to additional costs because I had an appointment at the garage to repair cars
