Enjoyed our stay here. The beds are very very firm. The showers have good water pressure and a hand held shower sprayer. The breakfast is decent with vegan options and nice fresh fruit and yogurt. It’s a very clean hotel, perfectly located. I enjoyed doing a bit of shopping since the hotel is inside of a mall.

I booked this at the last minute, and didn't do much research, which is on me. I kind of couldn't believe that there were no rooms with small fridges anywhere in the hotel, nor was there easy access to an ice machine - you had to get it from the front desk. When I asked what people with medication do, I was told they have a main fridge with little spaces where medication is kept. If I needed to refrigerate medication, I would have been really annoyed by this. If you're diabetic or something, this is worth noting.

The rooms are a little small, but that was fine. Bathroom was clean and the bed was fine. Location was great, it is maybe a two minute walk to the train station. It is worth noting that the entrance is on the second floor of a large mall. Not all of the mall doors are open after certain hours.

I'm giving it four stars despite the lack of fridges.

Great location right beside both the city centre and the train station. It’s a new hotel so the rooms are modern rooms. The breakfast was great, I just wished I had time to try the waffle maker.

I travel to Utrecht regularly for business and this and is sister hotel located in the same building are one of my favourite.

There was an issue with the air con but the staff were up straight away to try to reset it, and promised that I could change rooms at any time of night if it recurred. When I came back after being in the city centre on the second night it had happened again and they relocated me to an upgraded room without question. Excellent customer service and friendly staff generally too.

Really convenient location right beside the train station inside the Mall. Easy to nip out and get anything you need. The rooms are compact with everything you need and nice bathrooms. Somewhere to use as a base rather than lounge in.

Breakfast has a good selection of cereal, hot breakfast buffet and a waffle maker. They do vegetarian options and Gluten free bread. The area by reception is a nice spot if you need a desk to work outside of your room and is quiet, apart from breakfast time.

Basic but reliable as ever is the Hampton brand and I love its central location within the mall itself which allows for lots of shopping and convenient return back to the room. It’s also within 5min walking distance to the central train station which makes it even more a win for tourists who need a base in which to explore Utrecht.

Perhaps the only weakness of this place is the lack of lifts. For a hotel with a substantial number of rooms, only 2 lifts service the entire hotel and one of them was under service during our stay which makes for a pretty long wait indeed.
