Very nice place to hold all kinds of events, from weddings to meetings. Location is easy to reach, and there are enough parking places. The personal is friendly and helpful

satisfying hotel, very clean and staff are pleasant, many activities and spa provided by hotel but a bit expensive.
    Positives:
some of the rooms come with 2 USB plugs so you can just plug and go if and don't have to worry about adaptor to charge phone etc.
Toddler went for wee on the bed and they moved us to a different room.

Negative: breakfast was charged at £15 per head but its not worth it, better go out and eat.
    no soya milk
    no gluten free items

would i go again? maybe if it was cheaper

Lovely staff and a great breakfast. It's looking a bit rugged around the edges, so would be nice to see the decorating tidied up. For example the bowling area was a bit mucky and the lamp in our room kept falling down.

It is a very fine hotel. For our stay we had a family room with three beds (1 double and 2 singles). Still leaving enough room for our stuff. Free Wi-Fi. Too bad you only get one code to be used on a single device. Breakfast service was very nice. Buffet style breakfast with lots of choice.

It was ok as a hotel to stay but if you are from America you need to bring a few things to help your stay be more enjoyable. First, bug spray as the place is full of trees and there are no screens on the windows. If you open the window it seems like this is "Signal" for the entire Army of insects in the area to attack your room. Therefore, close the windows.

Second, you need to also bring wash cloths as they do not have any. Third, the meals are quite good and breakfast is usually free but the meals are more aligned to a more elegant crowd and there is not much "Family" food menus for children. They have soups, salads and salmon for those who wish to have an elegant meal but outside of this you need to find other foods for children.

There is a bowling alley here but don't expect the one's you see in the states as this one is a little dated but still ok. Overall, it was a quiet stay but it does on the weekend fill with a more "Senior" crowd and families.
