  Worst experience with a commercial establishment.
  I have received a damaged product. The complaint was raised on the same day within an hour of unpacking the sofa. Till now, no one has responded to my mail.
  When i call your office, then you refuse to take the return and refund my money. You want me to wait for 2 months when you have a service camp. Then i have to pay for transportation, give my sofa to you so that you can review it.
  This is total fraud. I paid a full price and have received a damaged product. You should give an immediate replacement.
  You told me that the product has a 2 year warranty. Why did you not tell me that you will provide warranty repair only 3 times in a year?
  Never buy from this company. It is a total fraud. Save your money and buy from an ethical company.
