  The guys behind the counter are very helpful, they let me try out as many camera bags as needed till I finally got the config right which took me some ten minutes.
  
  All the while continuously helping other customers without giving me the feeling that I had to rush.
  
  Also they had nice travel photography stories/advice, which came in handy!
  
  Thanks guys, it feels like you're making the extra effort.

  Unwilling to accept credit cards (even though they sell expensive items!) and also refuses to entertain bank transfer as a payment option. Customer service at its worst.

  Staff are unhelpful and don't seem to know there product. Tried to get a roll of film developed there but I have been back 3 times in 4 weeks and its still not done, a real waste of time.
