  New steering rack needed in our Kia. At first they thought it was the pump, but it turned out to be the wheelhouse. They are very lenient and managed to solve the problem well in the end. Always kept tidy and thought along with cheaper alternatives.

  A while ago I was allowed to pick up my lease car at a Stern Kia dealer in Amsterdam-Noord.
  Everything was neatly and clearly explained by Mr Swinkels on delivery. Everything went neat and tidy this day, business and appointments in tip-top order!
  
  A few weeks later, however, I found out that the car was delivered with '' wrong '' tires. After one phone call, it was immediately switched between mr. Swinkels of delivery of new cars and mr. Schuts from the workshop. Everything could be arranged neatly in one fell swoop. What a top and decisive team!

  Need to get used to this matter. Never buy a car in advance. But everyone gets a second chance.

  'afraid that the car will get dirty during a test drive, .
  
  I came for a Picanto, but was too late for a test drive, because almost closing time. If I could come back next day, please call. So I called next day and I could come by at a certain time for a test drive. When he arrived there he asked if I would sell my old car (for a really low price) to him. I said I'd rather buy the Picanto without trade-in. Then I was not allowed to take a test drive, because the car might then become dirty 'do you understand that yourself?' . So went to another Kia dealer in the area, had the car brought there and bought it there. . What a hassle

  Vanochtend mijn nieuwe tweedehands auto opgehaald, wat een top dealer, alles zag er perfect uit, super geholpen met een nieuwe tweedehands, Oscar bedankt!!
