I rented a van from Drive Yourself and not 1 meter out of the garage I hit a side walk and the tyer was empty. Embarressed as I was, I paid the 'eigen risico' of €500 right then and there. Some time later I called to ask to see the papers of the repairs on the van but they would not give them. They have not responded to my letter about the matter either. They can not (or will not..) show that the repairs were done or they were indeed was € 500.

I would certainly not recommend Drive Yourself because of this vague manner of dealing with clients which has left me with a robbed feeling.
