Modern, clean, quiet. Take in the history of Maastricht or check out a visiting exhibit. Grab a coffee or a bite in the café. Do some reserach, school work, or relax with a book or some music. The library even has rooms you can book to practice an instrument or hold a small meeting. Free entrance and free wifi.

Great library, great location, fantastic cafe, great museum installations. It's a great place to come and work/etc/meet/greet/discover at the foot of the bridge with the awkward steps. :-)

Great place with a coffee lovers inside the library! Can be a bit noisy at times because of the events held in the main hall. Has a changing display of pictures and archeological finds.

On Plein 92. Nice architecture and houses the municipal library. Small restaurant on second floor. Exhibitions and performances are regularly held here.

Mooie moderne bibliotheek verdeelt over meerdere etages. Op de eerste etage zit een prima café, leestafels en zitjes om tijdschriften en kranten te lezen. Soms is er life muziek. Meestal is er ook een vrij toegankelijke tentoonstelling op de begane grond.

I Loved going there to study music, the vibe was usually just so great~ Very well kept and the air was clean too. The restaurant is nice, even though they did not have many electrical outlets there, which made studying and eating a bit unpredictable 😅.

Nice library, easy reading area, plenty of exibitions, nice café inside, can be very hot (given all the glass) during summertime. Looking for a place to study other than the university library before exams, try this place.
