Nice calm place with absolutely top food in restaurant.
Clean areas and interesting layout of campspot.

Ik ben hier geweest met een intro kamp van mijn studie. Er is veel ruimte, en aardig personeel. We waren met een groep van >150 man, maar de toiletten werden goed onderhouden.
Ligt wel ietsje ver van Leeuwarden, maar is redelijk te doen op de fiets.response / report this review -

Uninformative website leads to missunderstandings about travel insurance policies - no accomodation or solution proposals whatsoever, just blatant ignorance. Would not recommend it.

We booked a travel cancellation insurance, as we were not sure if we can do the trip. However, when we wanted to cancel our reservation we did not get a refund, but had to pay the whole price for 4 nights. 90€ for nothing. We will never book this camping place again. Unfriendly service and no courtesy at all. We are very disappointed.

This campsite is excellent, the owners are really friendly and helpful. We have stayed here 4 times our last being in 2014. The pitchs are flat and showers and toilets are always clean. You are actually on a island and we always try to get a pitch on the water. Its that good we will be back in September. See you soon
