Always a good experience but highly advised to bring your own food and drinks if you are on a budget especially if you come as a family with kids.

The zoo itself keeps improving and adding new things as well as having quite the history.

I find the gift shop not too overpriced and they have a massive variety of cute small stuffed animals which make a cute memento.

One of my favourite zoo's to visit. The new indoor mangrove is a wonderful addition to an already excellent zoo.

One of the nicest zoos I‘ve seen. Have visited several times with kids and they live it too. The animals are well kept in good conditions. Especially good is the safari.

Huge variety of animals, classed into several regions and ecospheres. They seem to take good care of the animalz. The zoo is fun for everyone at all ages.

Really fun place, also for small children. It gives you the feeling that you are walking in nature, between the animals. Really cosy.

Great for kids and adults alike. A guided tour is recommended as it really brings the place to life, showing you so many things you'd have probably missed otherwise (as there's so much to see!).

A nice Zoo with many new concepts how to show & take care about animals. Have been there on a Friday with not super nice weather; good decision as it looks like that it can be very crowded on nice weekends.
    Good for children's.
Four stars as some parts good give more space to the animals but I know this it not easy today.
Bring your own drinks and food, inside prices are not low.
We will come back when the Mangrove area is finished.

Burgers zoo is still one of the best zoo's i know. Different worlds with different themes. Every world is a experience and can take you a day to discover in full. The food is good but expensive but unlike a lot of places you can bring your own food and drinks if you want. Getting a year subscription is affordable and makes it easy to visit for a short time or even to just enjoy the playground with your kids.

Very pretty zoo! Aquarium could use a little bit more care, but all in all the animals seemed mostly healthy and content with their situation. Great place for photography!

We very much enjoyed the extensive rain forest exhibit with Asian food stands and artisan craft booths and the "behind the scenes" view of their coral reef and aquarium sanitation facilities.

We did not like the entry fee (21e pp plus 5e parking) and their denial of credit cards (only Dutch debit cards or cash) at all. We did however, get a discount when coming two hours before closing time. Unfortunately, most of the zoo signs were primarily in Dutch.
