Furniture, beds & amenities in the room are from 1980's. Lift is slow with an unreasonable waiting period. Poor lighting does not support reading too. Also receptionist are not so helpful.

A solid stay until checkout; Late-checkout was booked and confirmed by the frontdesk - nevertheless, already at 11.30h housekeeping was in our room making it impossible to use use for another nap. Frontdesk was snappy about this, stating it was our fault for not putting a 'do not disturb' sign up.
Comfort rooms and below have no mini bar and no tee or coffeemaker; the windows have apparently missed two modernization periods. The Wifi was good, but seemed to have a 24h-automatic-logout.
The elevator in the annex was frightening; we'd rather took the stairs although it was a little detour. Breakfast was soild, but no speicals.response / report this review -

Rooms were nice andere clean but warm. Shower was good. Nice tot be close to the beach. Big meeting room was nice, but the small ons in the basement were too warm and stuffy. Nice breakfast. Had a good time there.

Have already been to different hotels here in scheveningen but this is the most professional and sustainable hotel in services and offer:)

We are here for our small Wedding Trip, and it's awesome! The City is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the restaurant and bar looks great and Bruce is the best of the Hotel! This guy try everything to make us a great time here, thank you very much!!!

Very central location, close to the beach. Rooms were big and had a nice bathroom. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Only downside is that the rooms are very noisey. I heard people showering and talking on other floors all the time. Bring earplugs and you will be fine

The hotel has been almost completely renewed. The lobby and restaurant are really nice, and the room it really depends where you are staying. Some rooms are huge and amazing a d some others are really tiny. The lo action is good, close to the tram from Den Haag Centraal to the hotel direct line 9. This really nice for going out for dinner and jogging.
