close enough to Maastricht. Too hot in summer time. No A/C. Bathroom door offers no minimum privacy. Nice staff

Only stayed here for a night and it was one of the worst nights of my life and reception lady lacked appropriate customer service. It is after all a budget B&B and I wouldn't come back here even if it was free of charge!
PROS - close proximity to the train station and city centre. It is also cheap but it isn't even worth the price!response / report this review -

Too hot in the room, too noisy, bed was too soft, pillows too high, bathroom without doors just some like in the western movies so no privacy at all, bathroom high was strange I have 1.74cm and in the shower I hit my head to the ceiling, very poor breakfast with low quality products and freeze products. Staff The man from first night was very nice and helpful, the lady from next day was the rudest person I have ever meet in my travels and I travel a lot with my husband. The breakfast was until 10:30 and at 10:20 she practically took everything from our table and kicked us out! And she insisted that we have already receipt for the services And we tried to tell her that we don't And woow she continued to be extremely rude. I will not recommend this place even just for a night.

Degelijk ***hotel. Inrichting inmiddels wat gedateerd, maar uitstekende bedden. Alleen bar en ontbijtservice. Het ontbijt was vrij eenvoudig.

Het hotel ziet er van binnen erg gemoedelijk uit, onze stichting had het zaaltje afgehuurd. Koffie en thee stonden klaar, thee was helaas in koffiekannen gedaan waardoor dit niet echt lekker smaakte. Toen ons bestuur klaar was met hun presentatie en we nog wat naborrelden in de zaal ging opeens het licht aan en uit, en dat regelmatig achter elkaar. Een beetje vreemd. Toen we uiteindelijk voor de uitgang stonden en de eigenaresse hadden bedankt vond ze het toch nodig om ons erop te wijzen dat in de gang wachten niet de bedoeling was, en dat de deur dicht moest blijven vanwege de tocht. Natuurlijk begrepen wij dat, maar de toon waarop dit werd gecommandeerd was niet bepaald vriendelijk

The service was excellent from the staff, the rooms were very clean and facilities as well. All in all, a great stay.
