Decent hotel.. Location is not great, but near from bus stop.

Vreselijk slechte ervaring, nooit meer naar Bastion Hotels. Hotel weigert dubbele betaling die per abuis is gemaakt te vergoeden.
Bastion Hotels has bad business practices and doesn't train its employees to communicate properly and accurately. Double payment made by accident, but hotel refuses to pay back, employee lying in order to shove off responsibility. Inefficient handling by sales department, wasting lots of time and many Phone calls pretending to solve the issue, but in reality they had decided from the start not to repay.response / report this review -

Very clean. Helpful staff. Lots of little extras like complimentary water, laundry service and packed lunches available. Reasonably priced when compared to other hotels in Leiden. Would definitely stay again

It was clean. The room was OK, it had enough space to sleep and pass a weekend. There's a bus stop in front. You can be in the city in 5/10 min. The hotel is good communicated by bike or by car.

We werden netjes geholpen en hebben goed geslapen.
Prijs/kwaliteit valt over te twisten maar door onze spontane actie hadden we weinig keus.
Het was een klein beetje stoffig en het poetsdoekje had iets grondiger overal overheen gemogen.
