This week I had my hair decolorized at Basic X Hair. And am super satisfied! The ladies listen to what you want and then give good advice. It has turned out a bit orange / yellow, but that is also what she had predicted. But this is also what I wanted to do, so I am very satisfied. I was planning to add a purple or pink temporary color to it at home and needed the light base. With decolouring, you don't get stuck at home. The purple is beautifully unpacked.
The advice was also very honest that the discolored hair would not be beautiful if you did not add a color to it.

Such a bad experience! My two boys needed a haircut. After 45 minutes wait it was our turn but their haircuts were worse then when i got there! Not symetrical and no model. Wont go back ever!!
