Great Amsterdam hotel. Easy walk from the train station (keep in mind, we're runners ~ 1 mile), good location, and AWESOME staff. The free breakfast, wine in the evening, beers in the lobby, and free mini bar make this place great value. The rooms were cleaned well and comfortable. We will be counting this as our "Amsterdam HQ."

My wife and I stayed at Banks Mansion for part of our honeymoon and enjoyed every minute of it. It's a very quiet hotel with comfortable beds, outstanding amenities, and top notch employees. Do yourself a favor and look no further.

Helpful staff, comfortable air-conditioned rooms with an inclusive minibar. The afternoon cheese experience brings guests together to enjoy the inclusive drinks and snacks. Breakfast is cooked freshly upon request (at restricted times). Good location for the museums, and not too far from the centre of Amsterdam.

Room was great - most comfortable bed I've had in Europe, and the staff were super friendly. Loved the all inclusive concept too! Only complaint is that there was major rattling every night coming from the bathroom drain (it sounded like someone dropped a whole cart full of dishes).

The staff has been excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, depsite having a menu of pillows, I never found a pillow - or combination of pillows which was comfortable. Also, I think their room service could pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom.

A great Amsterdam hotel with dedicated staff throughout and a smashing concept. I've stayed a few times now, despite there being a lot of high-quality competition in this great city. I came back here because of the favoured location. It's easy to walk to from the station or head straight to in a cab from the airport (hopefully one of the 167 Tesla Model S cabs that serve the airport).

We had a lovely room with a view over interesting buildings on the other side of one of Amsterdam's loveliest canals, Herengracht. We found we had a glimpse into real Amsterdam life, not just other hotels.

It might look expensive, but there's a lot more thrown in than is usually the case and I have paid considerably more to stay in a well-known 5 star hotel on Oudezijds Voorburgwal that madame does not want to go back to.

*I* for one, love the concept of free drinks and snacks. So simple, yet effective. Lovely little details make this a pretty special place, from the crystal decanters with spirits in them waiting in your room, to the super-professional and friendly staff.

I recommend following Banks Mansion on social media too, it will help you understand - whether here for business or pleasure - how dedicated to helping you enjoy this special city, Banks Mansion is. I am looking forward to staying here for a third time, hopefully soon.

We checked back in having left Amsterdam for a few days and the Banks Mansion was just as welcoming as we left it. The staff is wonderful and orient's their guests to the hotel and surroundings as part of the check-in process.

Kim in particular, was most attentive, professional, and made us feel like honored guests.

The hotel is clean, quiet, contemporary (modern mission) with beverages and snacks in the lobby and rooms, and a full breakfast. Ideally situated in the center of the 3 canal rings, arts and shopping are an easy walk.

We most highly recommend this hotel!

The Banks Mansion is amazing. The entire staff could not be more accommodating and I mean the entire staff. The room was clean and modern, the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on and that includes my own bed. Don't even get me started on how incredible the pillows are, seriously. But the bathroom, the bathroom makes it a complete home run. I could stand under that shower for days.
The front of the house is also very modern in a contemporary sort of way. It's warm and the staff is very inviting. Robert recommend a different place for dinner each night and he hit a bullseye each time. The breakfast is outstanding, Sandra made me omelette's, pancakes, sausage, and bacon. I loved the OJ machine, I need one in my apartment.
Overall this hotel knocks it out of off the park. I will only stay at one hotel in Amsterdam and The Banks Mansion is that hotel.

Great location. 15 min walk to most sites. Amazing service. All beverages included w stay, incl water bottles, cheese happy hour, mini bar. Very good breakfast w omelets and eggs to order. Beds are comfy. Highly recommend.
