A very decent and budget hotel in Amsterdam city. Very close to the metro and offers drop facility during the day. A good pub and restaurant to enjoy the evening. Staff is very friendly.

Gracious reception, great concierge, very helpful staff. Comfy beds, great blow dryers, well placed Jack's and plugs, nice inclusion of the bedside phone ports. Fabulous location, easy transportation connections and wide selection of restaurants near by.

So far the hotel is great, they have a nice gym and the M club lounge is great. The location is really good because it's on the outside of the city center which is pretty much across the street. The jr suite is small but adequate. No desk but there is a table and sofa to work from.

Good service from Max on checkin and Fernando on the bar was very pleasant. Rooms were fine. Problem in the members lounge, three different customers played loud video on their phones, one so loud it visibly disturbed half the room. This happened at least three times on the two occasions I used the lounge. There needs to be a swift enforcement policy that this isn't OK. Phones should be in silent mode here and definitely not loud video. The lady responsible at the time did her best.

My experience here was with no issue. I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. The room itself was nothing special as this is an older property; however, the room was very clean. The location was excellent as it is walking distance to many places in the city. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

So this was an OK hotel in a good location. The room was clean but very cooly designed. No desk in the room. The executive lounge was not one. It was where people who paid for breakfast had access. So not a place for work which is what I usually associate it with. Both time I went to the restaurant for lunch no one was there to serve me. You have to go through the bar to get to the gym. When I ordered room service it took 40min to get to my door.

Great location, clean, friendly staff. The navigators are what earns this hotel the 5th start! If you want to truly experience hidden gems of Amsterdam, ask then what to see/do.

Hotel was renovated recently. I prefer the rooms prior to the renovations. More classy feel. Service is great as always.

Concierge Tim Fathi took care of me! Rented a car from Hertz that Tim helped me with. Didn't get it back on time. Tim promised the $35 return and it held true. Thanks Tim!!!!!!!!!! You are my man. Coming back to take you out to dinner at your choice. Love you. EDP

A little pricey but the quality of the steak is absolutely worth it. We shared an 800g (~28oz) USDA T-Bone between two of us. The tenderness of the meat was incredible and I can't remember a better one. A complimentary dessert of marshmallows over a tiny flame pit was lovely and something I've never seen before at a restaurant. A really nice touch.

Pretty good service. I would say they cant distinguish one asian from another. They have a nice health fitness workout area. Its a little small but it will get the job done.

Everything here is being modernized to bring a new life into the hotel. You can tell they are mixing the antiques such as the elevator buttons with the new. Not everything has changed yet but it looks really exciting. The rooms are very spacious and has a little reading bemch and table. It is conveniently located near the city center and many places of interest. You can walk, take the public transit or bike anywhere. This city is great for getting out and exploring.

They are recently remodeling and the new rooms are super modern and comfortable. There was some minor construction noises and smells that will hopefully soon pass. However the choice for tile floors over carpet may be a greater benefit to the cleaning crew than the traveler.
The Executive Lounge is no where near as nice as the Marriot Renaissance, but supper was tasty. The fitness center is impressive and the gift shop on site has the best deals around. The bar on site is always bouncing and a big hit. Walking distance to a few great local spots.

A great hotel that caters to the western experience. Bar area is awesome and the bartenders are all awesome that work there. The executive lounge is a nice touch and was a welcome retreat. Rooms where clean and service was good. Been here for two years in a row and already booked for next year.

Updated rooms are nicely appointed. Good location, but a lot of construction happening in the hotel and externally impacting the convenience to public transport. Still a great location for exploring the city as a first-time visitor. Nice executive lounge perks, including a full breakfast in the dining room.
