Great service with a wide selection of products for your bathroom and toilet.

The sales part of their offering is good and that's where it stops. The after sale process.worst nightmare! They only deliver items to your doorstep (which in my case is a public pavement) without mentioning this when ordering or on their website, so getting large items into your house such as a bath is not their problem according to their customer service. The deliveries come at random without notification so if you're not home, too bad. They take no ownership for ensuring appropriate delivery and have no solution when customers face problems. Worst experience I've had in the Netherlands and zero customer service or care. Shocking experience never to be repeated or recommended.

Delivery was 4 weeks late. I canceled and requested my money back. They said ok. A week later they tried to deliver twice.
I've already got what I needed from another store so I didn't accept the delivery. I still can't get my money back.response / report this review -

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They sent me the wrong products, return link on their website isn't working and there is no customer service. Good luck if you plan to buy something there!
