Beautiful cruise. Nice experience.Must have experience.It takes an hour to complete the cruise.In the cruise 19 languages commentary are there and we can choose our language over earphone.The commentary and the journey is so synchronised that we experience passing through bygone eras. We can see canal houses were people live with all facilities.The canals form an integral part of Amsterdam, with its tradition,culture and managing flooding.The cruise boats are covered with glass which helps in travel during rain and enjoying the trip fully. Many places the bridges have tram lines and the beauty of the buildings is worth viewing.Great experience and thoroughly enjoyable.Dutch are traditionally sea going people and they have travelled to many countries and established their rule there.

Brilliant cruise especially when you want to get out of the rain. So handy you can bring snacks and drinks on. Just sit back and enjoy learning about the city.

Acceptable if you can get it for free (Iamsterdam Card, etc). Driver hardly talks and you have to rely on audio guide via headphone. I didn't pay extra to get it, so Also demerit is the roof top that doesn't open like competitors and how window opens only from rear facing seats, effectively making forward facing seats useless for picture taking. 75 minutes long and no drop on/off stops, just one big loop.

Great tour! In an enclosed boat, we learned a lot about the history, architecture and culture of Amsterdam. Worth the money if you are here for the first time.

I was a little disappointed in the cruise. I thought we would travel through the downtown, but we went the outside of the city. We bought the Iamsterdam card, so this was free. It was a good change of pace from walking everywhere. It did give some great opportunities to take pictures of beautiful architecture. I would just say pay attention to the route of each cruise.

I had a 45 minute cruise from the Heineken Experience to the Amsterdam Lookout Tower and it was absolutely amazing. The Heineken experience cruise is what I would recommend as they sell Heineken on the cruise. The sights and perspective of Amsterdam is absolutely stunning. Do it!

The recorded messages occurred infrequently. Often the messages just repeated. Overall, the tour was okay. Would recommend a less commercial and more local company for a tour. UPDATE: as tour continued, became less impressed with the audio tour. From 2 to 1 ranking.

The canal is not especially clean but this is a nice and quick way to explore the whole city in general and pick out spots that you would particularly want to visit.
It is especially good in the evening.

We had a really lovely time on this canal cruise, it was warm, not overly busy, exceeded expectation. Seeing all the canals was beautiful. The staff and driver was friendly and kind. The automated recording was informative and interesting. We went in the morning so I guess it was a little quieter. Would recommend! Bring change to tip the captain if you enjoy yourself.
