These guys are professional fraudsters and scammers. Do not use AKC. I didn’t even realise I was using them as I was referred to an affiliate partner company called Sanibroyer. It is only after they came and didn’t fix my pump (after claiming they could) and they charged me 95 euros that I realised they were AKC. I used AKC 2 years ago and the same issue happened. They came to see a leak from my sink they couldn’t fix and they charged me for the hour. What they do is they pretend to work for the whole hour, wasting time, getting on phone calls and then the hour is up and they ask you to pay. STAY AWAY.

I used their services twice. The first time it was great. The second time, for a bathroom kit, the person who came dropped one of his tools and created a crack in the shower base, which resulted in a leakage. Of course when I reached out explaining the situation, they denied responsibility. This resulted in me having to pay for a 500 fix of bathroom + painting of the ceiling downstairs.
While it is hard to prove that it was their employee who did this, their response was rude and not even leaning to believe us. Would not hire again.

They weren’t able to unclog my kitchen drain fully but they weren’t honest about it. Expensive and rude service for a job bad done.

Overall 4 star rating mislead me to hire them but now when checking carefully I see many 1 star reviews of people who had the same experience so I would not take my chances with them.

One of the reviewers says the company offers a discount if you post 5 star review and I see them being mean to the customers here who gave them bad reviews so that gives you a good preview of how dishonest and rude they can be I guess.
