Appointment made between 08:00 and 12:00. Got a call around 10am that the job was over for us and that they would come after 12pm. Called at 3:00 pm to ask if they would still come, mechanic was on his way was told. After another 50 minutes of waiting called again, the mechanic would leave Delft at 5 pm. We just canceled and look further.

Fast response. On Sundays, a mechanic on the sidewalk within half an hour.
Clear rates. No evening or weekend surcharge. Problem solved within hours. Am very satisfied.

Not worth a star yet. Do not deal with this company. We live on 3rd floor. On Thursday, Zegwaard was called in to clear a blockage on the ground floor. Sir gives up after half an hour with the announcement that scaffolding has to be built on the roof terrace to go all the way down via the vent of the down pipe on the roof. We had to wait for a quote for this. We thought this was a strange story and the quotation was not yet available the following Monday. We couldn't shower, wash or use the dishwasher all that time. So, in the meantime, another company has been called in. He came the next day and solved the problem within half an hour without scaffolding.

Great service from Zegwaard, very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and tidy. Everything was explained perfectly in English and I was able to take photos of the drain camera to give to the VvE to try to persuade them to replace the very old pipes. I was given advice on how to avoid blockages in the future, and I now understand how our sewerage systems works. Much more than I was expecting! Highly recommended.
