  Con toda certeza puedo recomendar los cuidados y atenciones del cuerpo médico de Raymari; aquienes me recomendaron y mis perritas son pacientes desde hace 10 años cuando tuve la emergencia medica con mi perrita pekines "KIMBA" su edad era 12 años, presentaba tumor mamario y aquien lleve a un sinnumero de veterinarias y nadie le daba vida y esperanza para tratarla.
  
  Pedí recomendacion a una amiga aquien sus mascotas ya estaban atendiendo en Raymari y fui. Sin dudarlo la puse en manos de la Dra. Claritza Solis y Jessica Sobalvarro, y Juancito quienes operaron x vez primera a Kimbita y se recupero posterior a ello sufrio tambien problemas de hepatitis, anemia y demas enfermedades, sin embargo se sometio a 10 cirugias en total algunas hasta 3 x año; se recupero y muy bien en cada biopsia hasta febrero 2018 que a sus 22 añitos dio como resultado celulas malignas y fallecio este pasado 6 de abril.
  
  Agradezco no solo su honestidad al someterla a la anestecia sino tambien en los cuidados para ella tan esmerados. Y mencionar tambien que a mi sashita una perrita de raza salchicha peluda detectarle displacia de cadera y su muy bien recomendado alimento fitnes.
  
  A botita otra pekines que se escapo de morir x un sangrado y operaron de emergencia del utero y tambien los 5 medicos coincidieron con el dictamen y cirugia d emergencia.
  
  Cada vez que he hecho consultas telefonicas, visitas x cita rutinaria, cirugias de emergencia siempre con todo profesionalismo, etica y humanismo con alto sentido de amor a nuestras mascotas y comprension ante nuestro dolor han dado lo mejor de si.
  
  Yo recomiendo no solo los productos y demas servicios que brindan.
  
  Yo puedo afirmar y volvere siempre a dejar a mis peluditas bellas de 4 paticas en manos de Claritza y Jessica.
  
  Gracias eternas x cuidar de mi Kimba, por ser siempre una luz en nuestro camino para salvarle su vida cuando nadie creia que mi guerrera podia sobrevivir a sus 12 años a una cirugia y luego de ello darle 10 hermosos años con alta calidad de vida y cuidados veterinarios de excelencia como los tiene Clinica Veterinaria Raymari.

  Buenas tardes, en esa veterinaria casi matan a mi perro un cachorro Gran danes lo lleve ahí para una revisión general ya que tenía solo 1 semana de tenerlo y el tenía muchas ronchas en su piel y el pelo se le estaba cayendo mucho. Resulta que según la doctora mi cachorro tenía una alergia por el calor y que según es normal por la raza. Le mando shampoo de avena, antibióticos especial para la piel y que le echará en la piel arena Del Mar. Para ver si se le secaban las ronchas.
  Así pasó 2 semana y yo mirando que mi perro estaba peor les llame para hablar con la doctora y ella solo dijo que siguiera dándole el mismo tratamiento el cual hasta ahora no se porque se lo mando si ella no hizo ni un examen para ver que tenía mi cachorro. Después de esas semanas lo lleve a otro veterinario especial en piel. El inmediatamente me dijo que el perro no tenía ninguna alergia, ni nada de eso que me dijeron. El tenía Ehrlichiosis en etapa final. Mi perro estaba muy muy delgado,
  Y decaído. Inmediatamente le pusieron intravenosa porque se estaba muriendo sin yo saberlo ya que los antibióticos le bajaron las defensas y el hígado estaba dañado. Lo que menos importaba en ese momento era la piel. Después de muchos tratamiento mi perro poco a poco está recuperándose.. todo lo que en esa gran veterinaria de prestigio me dijeron y me dieron para mí cachorro no sirvió de nada y si no fuera por mi ahora veterinario que gracias a Dios no son ellos, no existiera mi amoroso cachorro. Pienso que deberían de ser más cuidadosos con la medicación que dan y el diagnóstico sin exámenes. ya que uno lleva sus mascotas ahí esperando que le ayuden, aunque al
  Parecer no es su prioridad. Es una lástima que tuve que pasar por esto. Es la razón por la que escribo para que tengan cuidado.

  Raymari almost killed my cat. I rushed her to Raymari after she had not eaten for several days and had mucous and blood coming from her mouth and bottom. I knew from my Granada vet that she did not have parasites and I told the vet (Dr. Jessica Urbina/Urlina - can't decipher the signature) that, but all she did was prescribe me with a bunch of BS medications (including diazepam aka valium) and took a swab of her excretions and told me they would call me with the results and what antibiotic to put her on within a couple of hours. Well, in spite of my cat's dire condition at 5pm I received an email of only her results - they had only tested her for parasites which I had told them she didn't have. I immediately called the office and emailed the lab tech, and he responded to me and called the vet and called me back to say he had spoken to her and that she would call me immediately (by this time it was about 6pm), but she never did. Three days later and I still have not heard back from her. After spending the night watching my precious cat slip in and out of consciousness and excrete more mucous and blood, more so from all of the BS meds she had been prescribed, I put a plea on the Expats of Managua FB group and based on recommendations rushed her to Asociados Veterinarios near Vivian Pellas without an appointment the next morning. They immediately recognized the seriousness of her condition and put her on an IV until she was hydrated enough to take a blood and urine sample, and the doctor personally called me within 2 hours with the results. It turned out that she had a urinary tract infection, but because she had gone several days without eating her liver was shutting down (feline hepatic lipidosis) and she would have been dead within days. By the way, Asociados Veterninarios, who saved my cat's life, I believe is the only clinic with an x-ray machine and modern equipment, and they told me that if there is something your pet needs that they cannot provide, they can arrange to send your pet to Costa Rica (or the US) for the treatment they need in about 2 days. Also, I speak decent Spanish but I brought a Nicaraguan friend with me to Raymari, so nothing was lost in translation. At Asociados Veterinarios I also took a translator so there were no misunderstandings, but the vet I saw spoke perfect English. Keep your pets away from Raymari, especially the vet I saw, and be aware that they do not have the equipment that even the most basic office in a developed country would have. They have two offices in affluent areas of Managua and maybe that is what gives them credibility to some people. I also want to add that I am in the fortunate position where money is not an issue for me, but once they had my money, they ignored me. And I can tell you that the vet I saw at least, is incompetent (did not run the proper tests or recognize the seriousness of her condition and treat it), lazy (3 days later has not called me back) and doesn't give a crap about animals. Actually, I would go so far as to say she wanted my cat to die. How someone could look at a pet that sick, semi conscious and excreting blood and mucous, and not even attempt to provide proper care is something I will never understand. In a developed country I would report her in an attempt to have her license removed but that is not an option in Nicaragua. Another thing - another person on the Expats FB group said that Raymari had prescribed her cat medication that her US vet then informed her would kill her cat. If you love and care about your pet, STAY AWAY FROM RAYMARI.

  I took my 16 year old cat here when I noticed him spend more time drinking water than normal. The Dra I saw took blood and I paid $54 for the visit and the tests. She later emailed me and directed me to give m,y cat alpurinol and clavamox. I decided to check in with my cat´s US Veterinarian and she told me to stop the alpurinol immediately, that it was for humans and not tested in cats and could prove fatal. Moreover it was for kidney stones and Raymari had not performed a urinalysis. Because they had not done the urinalysis they had no way to know whether clavamox was appropriate either. I took him to another Veterinarian in Granada and his opinion agreed with the US Vet. I appealed to the owner of Raymari to return my money but she did not answer my email or return my phone calls. I would not trust these Drs. I will never return there.
