  Excelente atención, gran gama de productos y repuestos automovilísticos, Toyota y otros, excelente atención, muy buenos precios, inclusive repuestos de motores de modelos anteriores con la calidad original, recomendado para empresa que requieren atención y garantía de sus productos y servicios. El local cuenta con una excelente infraestructura de atención y suficiente personal.

  Atención muy lenta. Procesos de pedido y entregas totalmente fuera de tiempo. Perece que el cliente es lo de menos.$$$

  Very disorganized customer service. Request for parts may take months to fulfill. They also do not follow up unless you call them several times over. Will get things done as long as you bug them enough. This place also houses offices for Divea, Foton, Autonica cars and Electronics.

  They allow people/employees to block the sidewalk with their motorcycles, so one has to walk on the street, when approached them to make a comment/complaint, they didn't care.
  Motorcycle's still blocks the sidewalk.

  We are driving around the world and came here for changing oil. They were very helpful and can speak English so we did it.
  I recommend this shop if you buy a TOYOTA car.
