Fue con Henry y el tur es increíble.

Very good tour canyoning down the somoto canyon. Great choice of jumps and fun splashing about the place! Highly recommend taking the detour from Léon to discover this beautiful region.

I was personally a bit disappointed by the canyon tour. The guide only showed us 2 places to jump off cliffs and sort of rushed through the whole thing. He himself jumped off at least 4,after we had already swam past the point. We were under the impression that more jumps would come so we didn't swim back for it, unfortunately there was nothing more but a boat ride. Overall a cool experience but if you want to jump off things make sure you tell your guide.

a really nice experience. a small walk followed by swimming and hiking through an canyon. also possible to jump from different hights. 10m or more are possible. a small boot trip in a small boat and another small way back to the finca. and at the end a local menu, made this day one of the best of our holiday in Nicaragua.

Really epic experience. It was just me and the tour guide but that made the trip only more adventurous. Climbing on rocks and jumping into the river from different heights with beautiful views. Definitely worth doing when you're in the neighbourhood!

Best adventure of my trip! Highly recommended. You will get wet and the water temperature was nice and fresh for me although for some people it seemed to be cold. The guide will help you if you can't swim but they will provide you with life vests which with a little of paddling will help you advance. The guide will provide you with an impermeable bag to put your cell phones and water in that he carries for you the entire trip to prevent water damage, but I highly recommend to bring a water proof go pro if possible to record your adventure. Otherwise you'll have to wait till rest time (three in our case) to snap a pichere are some pics. Enjoy!

Great tours with a very informative English-speaking guide. The canyon is beautiful, and the tour reveals some of its beauty as well as adventure opportunities (cliff jumping). Do the 6 hour tour, it's not too strenuous. Housing at the place is fine too, and they're very accommodating and helpful with logistical needs (even drove us to the bus station when a taxi wasn't available). Can't miss it if you're in Nicaragua!

Highly recommend this tour. It's just beautiful place. Walking, jumping and swimming. We had Richie as our guide and he did an awesome job even though his English is very limited.

One of the best experiences during my journey around Nicaragua! I stayed for two nights at the homestead, enjoying wonderful food and great company. Interesting chats with Brian from Somoto Canyon Tours, and a hearty welcome after a relatively long journey from Granada. The tour itself was excellent fun, and the guides were friendly, funny and informative. The 6 hour tour is suitable for almost all ability and fitness levels, and there was no point at which anyone needed to push themselves beyond their comfort zone (though some of us pushed past our fear factor with optional higher jumps!). The canyon is spectacular and astoundingly beautiful, and it was a wonderful experience floating between steep canyon walls in the refreshing cool water. Next time I'll be back in wet season! Thanks to all at Somoto Canyon Tours, a highly professional operation, and one which supports the local community to boot. Highly recommended!

Booked a day tour from Esteli with Tree Huggers. Can definitely recommend Henry's tour. The included lunch after the 4 hour hiking, climbing, jumping and floating was great
