This place is a necessity, you need to have a membership here for consistent imported products. In our case, cat food and a few foodstuffs. But their checkout scheme is terrible. And especially in the hot food section their organization is an absolute mess. You buy things there, you pay and they don't give you a receipt! Anyone can just walk off with your food when they call your name! Happened to me once and totally sucks. They should give you a record of purchase when you buy something (this seems like an obvious idea)

It's much like Costco, in fact you'll find many Kirkland brand products here. I come from Granada where Edgard Gomez Colomer runs a shuttle every Friday morning at 9 AM. $10 round trip and you get delivered to your door with your purchases. Oh, and you can shop with his membership card. Find him on Facebook if you are interested.

Very clean PriceSmart that has snacks, food, clothes, electronics, trampolines and many other items. You can also enjoy lunch there. An ATM and a place to buy tires are also available on property. This store is bigger than the one downtown.

Is the US faced corporation that operates outside of the US mostly such as, Virgin Islands, Costa Rica El Salvador Guatemala Honduras Mexico Panama and to clubs in Nicaragua. Considering it's here in Nicaragua or things are not as easy to get its well-stocked and has pretty nice items. Same concept as Sam's Club or Costco. Clean friendly and nice

Customer service here is hit or miss. For the most part it's always packed with customers. Mother's Day is probably a day you don't want to go to PriceSmart. The food court service is out of control. One line to order food, and another line to pick up. The food court would be more efficient if the same person taking your order gave you your food. The men's bathroom is always dirty and stinky.

Nice store, very similar to Costco in the US (bulk, requires a membership). It gets quite busy and lines are long and move slowly. Great selection of cakes and cheese as well as frozen goods. Pretty good prices. I much prefer the Carretera a Masaya location to the Bolonia location.

It's the biggest mega store for hardware for the house! We have a saying in Spanish, "Aquí encuentra desde un clavo hasta una casa " , wich translates something like this: "In this place you can find from a nail to a house ". I don't think that there is a company as big as the ones we have in Nicaragua in any other country in Central America. Everything you'll ever need from repairing or building a brand new house can be found in these stores.

A good place to shop wholesale and if you have a big family. The food is great specially their pizza and chicken baked rolls. Best meats, hams, Am cheese, franks, and other rarities that you cant find in other stores. Only takes AMEX credit cards and membership is requier to purchase things. ATM's from Lafise and Banpro, tires and car batery center equiped.
