Pretty much one of the best set ups in Nicaragua. You are literally right on the water. Out front is two different reef breaks, and you can walk 5 min either way and surf beach break. Very nice set up! This place is also less crowded than other spots in Nica, but the wind can be an issue. Got to get out early cause it's onshore most afternoons. Good food and the staff are very attentive to everything. Will definitely be back. Won't recommend it to anyone of my friends though cause I think I want to enjoy a spot in Nicaragua with low crowds for as long as possible
