  Love the vibe. Stafe and owners are super nice and the FOOD!!! Delicious. Loved the rooms. Cozy with space. You have to experience it.

  Best place in Nicaragua! I booked myself in for one night and ended up staying 4 Weeks. All the food is amazing I can highly recommend the seafood it’s always fresh and delicious. I got to know all the people involved and everyone is a legend. The cheap rooms are basic, the bungalows are great and worth every dollar. Great surf. The perfect mix in party and chill. Haven’t been to a place with such a good vibe in a long time. Keep going guys. I promise I’ll be back.

  The worst experience from all places that I have been ( ;
  MINUSES: Room was dirty, poor, without mosquito net (only room 4). Bed was like a joke, forget that you get mattress, it's just a large sponge.
  The bathroom is shared with the next room and there is a huge between the rooms and bathroom so we could hear every sound from the bathroom and enjoy every second of our neighbour' sound.
  HOWEVER we decided to stay 6 nights! staff member told us that we can get for this long term $10 per night (very good price compare to other places). On the next day we confirmed this deal with older staff member and we try pay but he didn't have a change so we decide to pay later.
  After two nights came to us manager or owner and said that he don't know with whom we talked but he is the only person who can change the price, and he has already reservations for our room so "I will give you $10 per night but tomorrow morning you have to leave. Sorry guys". It was Rude ( ;
  
  PLUS: staff (young corpulent guy and blond lady - very friendly!), pool and nice view (like almost all other places), rum & coke

  This place is under new ownership and they have done an amazing job.
  Food is great and the people even better.
  Stop in and take a look.

  I am currently staying at the hotel beside Hotel Olazul. It is unbelievable how loud the electronic and other forms of heavey base music is being played by Hotel Olazul. This has been going on all night. I think it is very inconsiderate of the Hotel management. I CAN IMAGE STAYING IN THE HOTEL

  Very nice place to stay for a quiet time.
