  Been here a bunch of times. If laid back is your all, you're home. I've met Carlos, i should tell him this directly. After coming back several times i realize the grit, flies, smelly bathrooms and trash flying around aren't a part of the funky vibe, they're just nasty and the owners are being lazy. If drinks weren't so expensive the dirt and general neglect would be ok. These guys could clean the place up quite a bit and still keep the funky beach vibe.

  The hostal was okay. Definitely a lot things to inprove but okay. But i wouldn't stay there a longer time anymore, if the location wouldn't be directly at the beach. We stayed there for surfing which was a super sport. Location is Playa Maderas

  Amazing surf spot, hostel, bar restaurant and surf school ! Good food nice staff and good atmosphere. Accessible by shuttle 5$ return from town with possibility to transport you own "tabla" 🏄🌶🌮🍻🇳🇮😀
