Good hotel, beach front, good staff.
Perfect for a couple.
Relaxibg by the pool with the beach 10seconds away.
Amazing breakfast served on the spot.

We stayed in this hotel last may 2017. I loved it!! Great service, delicious breakfast and so close to beach. Very nicely decorated and rooms are spacious. I totally recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is really nice and has the best breakfast of the 3 places we've stayed in Nicaragua.
Stay away from room #9 tho, it's on the ground level, super small and not great at all.
On Fri (and I assume Sat) night there was pounding bass from the club's until 5am. It's not super loud but kept my up all night, in a light sleeper thoresponse / report this review -

It's a bit of a walk from San Juan Del Sur but it's super nice up there. Not far from the Jesus statue if you're into that kinda stuff.

Looks much nicer in the pictures then in reality. Bit rundown, dirty pool, dirty beach. Far from center . Need a taxi or rental car . Rooms are clean. Cold shower.

The most amazing of this hotel is the staff very friendly we enjoyed our stay the place is just a house converted into a hotel and is very quiet , I just hope the owners can spend a little more money in a hi end emergency generator since the power goes out a lot in that area.

This place is the perfect way to experience Nicaragua. It feels like you're home, and my mother who is Nicaragüense says it brings her back to her childhood. Its not a swanky upscale resort, but if you're looking for a safe and cozy place to sleep, with a nice view of the ocean, a pool, traditional Nicaraguan breakfast, and kind people ready to help you, then this is the place for you. I highly recommend this place and I think its one of the best hotels in San Juan del Sir.

Quite, friendly, clean, great breakfast.
During low or medium tide it provides easy access to the beach. Or a short walk into town. During high tide you can take a small boat accros the stream.
Newer and nicer then many of the hotels. Unless you want to be in the middle of town next to all the restaurants and bars this is a good choice. Pool is small but clean.response / report this review -

Breakfast was great and the location was only minutes away from town which is great if you want to be near but not right in the mix of the party scene.The service and availability of staff was amazing and they make you feel like you're at home.Great value for your money.This will DEFINITELY be where I stay each time I return to San Juan!
