Was really surprised to find a gay bar in Nicaragua. Go Bar is wonderful! Definitely worth stopping by for good music and drinks.

Go Bar is the worst gay bar I have ever visited. I gave them 2 opportunities to win my return business. Both times the bartenders had the personality of an ash tray. No concept of customer service. I sat at a table minding my own business, and was told I had to move so 2 other persons could sit there. Very disappointing!! Will not return.

Go Bar es el bar gay peor que he visitado. Les di 2 oportunidades de ganar mi negocio de vuelta. En ambas ocasiones los camareros tenían la personalidad de un cenicero. Ningún concepto de servicio al cliente. Me senté en una mesa pensando en mis cosas, y me dijeron que tenía que pasar para otras 2 personas podían sentarse allí. ¡¡Muy decepcionante!! no volverá.

I did not plan to return to this bar, but one of my friends from Matagalpa, and his Leon friend wanted to go. The owner of the bar recognized me as the only person who did a review of the bar. I pointed out that his employees were much more interested in their cell phones than giving good service to paying customers. I hope he will give some training to his workers about making the customer the most important part of his business. NOT CELL PHONES while ignoring customers who pay the bills. I might give them another chance to show me that they appreciate clients who spend their money for quality service. I suggest that the owner visit Yavoy. He will see what really good customer service is.

Yo no pienso volver a este bar, pero uno de mis amigos de Matagalpa, León y su amigo quería ir. El dueño del bar me reconoció como la única persona que hizo una revisión de la barra. Señalé que sus empleados estaban mucho más interesados en sus teléfonos celulares que dar un buen servicio a los clientes que pagan. Espero que le dará algún tipo de formación a sus trabajadores acerca de hacer que el cliente la parte más importante de su negocio. No teléfonos celulares sin tener en cuenta los clientes que pagan las facturas. Podría darles otra oportunidad para mostrarme que aprecian los clientes que gastan su dinero para un servicio de calidad. Sugiero que el propietario visitar Yavoy. Él va a ver lo que realmente es buen servicio al cliente.
