  Marlon is a great guy. My wife and I bought a house in Nicaragua and he made the process very easy. It is certainly a lot different than things are done in Canada, but we felt as though we were in good hands with Marlon. He speaks great English too. Couldn’t recommend him more. A++++

  I recommend Marlon Blandón. He prepared a draft of the Power of attorney for me to sell my house in Nicaragua. My American notary notarized the POA and apostilled it at the Secretary of State, then I sent it to Nicaragua and Marlon prepared the paperwork for the sale of my house.

  Friendly and professional service by Marlon. He speaks English and Spanish and notarized a form for us carefully and quickly and was able to scan a copy for us so we had a spare. Very positive experience, would recommend if looking for a notary in granada.
