Devery and Rodrigo run a top notch hotelito. Great service, perfect quiet location, good food and nice rooms. Pool, AC, WIFI, and a couple hundred feet of unobstructed beach.

What a lovely hotel. There is a fantastic view of the ocean from the yard, a great bar and restaurant, a refreshing pool with loungers and a great room with A/C.
The owners were very nice, informative and accommodating.

Stumbled upon this place when walking along the beach. Had lunch which was served with a great beach view. The menu was simple, but it tasted exquisite.

El Cardu is everything you could dream of for a holiday. The place is new and you can easily find your days passing you by around the pool and bar. The food is nothing like you will find in Penitas either, I tried almost everything on the menu and fell in love with the steak sandwich. If your looking for a quiet, higher end hotel this is the one. Thanks to Dev and Rod for being such great hosts. I'll be back ;)

By far the most accommodating and picturesque resort for miles and miles! Owners were gracious and meticulous in their attention to detail! I loved every minute of my stay and can't wait to return. Enjoy the A/C - the luxurious decor and the pristine pool -truly a relaxation oasis! OMG - and the FOOD - best ever!
