  I have been trying to get my kitchen installed properly for 18 months. No luck. I am importing the damaged pieces myself. Also be careful with their designs. In my case they omitted the need to drill out a channel of 80 cm depth, 5 m long through my marble floor and concrete slab for the island stove extractor tubing. Even the owner/ceo cant seem to get his team to work professionally. Sad truth for Disegno Casa is I have installed 4 kitchens more, with 16 to gotry Casa Marmol.

  Having project managed the construction of 7 houses and one restaurant in Nicaragua over the past 4 years and several projects in different countries I can say with certainty and experience that this is the WORST company to work with regarding construction or fitting out a house. Let me start with the communication, or lack thereof. I arranged meetings via email and travelled 4 hours to meet with employees only to find the shop closed. Constant emails and phone calls for 10 weeks to speak to someone about the installation of a kitchen with no reply. When the matter became urgent, I organised a colleague to meet with them personally. They promised a delivery within the week of that meeting but it still took another month for installation to be completed. Broken products were delivered with no acceptance of accountability. Wrong products were delivered and promptly returned however it took months of emails and finally a personal visit before I received a refund. Promises of delivery and then no one turning up with no explanations. Each department would tell me that it was not there responsibility and refer me to another department who would say the same thing. They made huge promises in the beginning but did not deliver on any. I had to deal with this company for 9 long months and finally gave up in complete dissatisfied with the communication, service, cost, and in some instances the product. Do yourself a favour, do not go here.
