  When they did not have my required part they were not able to recommend other retailers of service departments.
  
  When my battery needed to charge overnight, I was not allowed to leave the bike inside. I needed to provide a copy of my passport in order to lean my bike against a pole, because "they didn't know me" and they wanted to leave spaces "for customers"
  
  If you ride a bike bigger than 250cc, AVOID this location, Managua has many other options and there are other Casa Pellas locations in the city.
