  Wait times can be a nightmare as there's a lot of customers that go through every day. Make sure you call in beforehand to schedule an appointment as it can take days for your vehicle to finish a repair or maintenance. Expect to pay way above-market rates as well as they put a premium on all their parts and services as they are an "official" distributor of Toyota parts in the country. From all of the people you'd see working here you'd think they can develop a better system for servicing vehicles.

  El día martes 11 de julio 2017 compré un aire acondicionado, pregunté cuando lo iban a instalar, me indicaron q probablemente lo llegarían a dejar el mismo día e instalar al día siguiente. Lo llegaron a entregar el miércoles por la mañana. Sin embargo, hoy jueves 13 de julio no han llegado a instalarlo, vía correo consulté a qué hora vendrían a instalarlo, son las 11:55 am y no se han dignado a contestarme.
