Very disorganized company. How do you call to double check that what you want is available before heading out, then get there and find out it’s not even in stock? And they weren’t even remorseful 🙄

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and paid immediately. Got a call next day saying that the price at the website was incorrect, and I could select a different wine. I then requested the refund, which till today has not been processed. Too bad for a first time customer that was looking to constantly buy wine for the company from them.
****Update****
They reimbursed me today, so I am sure it is a correct company. Changed from 1* to 3* (3 because still they have announced a wine with the incorrect price and haven't yet fixed it.response / report this review -

Was introduced to drinks.ng by a friend and I eventually decided to try them out. Ordered for a bottle of baileys and some other products and was impressed by the service received. Got my order in less than 2 hours! Keep up the good work guys. Oh and the hennessy glows by the way
