So I just got married a few months ago and at the point of getting a ring for myself and my wife I came across Azarai Jewelry. From the moment you step into their large white shop floor, you immediately feel at ease and welcome.
You get attention from a courteous and friendly team who are extremely helpful and patient.
After the combo of ambience and service, you sort of expect to pay your last coins to be able to get anything but surprisingly their prices are actually quite cheap.

Courteous and professional staff in a clean and decent environment. Only snag is the limited variety you find in-store. Really impressive online, a bit underwhelming in-store. But the items are genuine and come with warranties.

My fiancee got me a beautiful engagement ring from here a year ago and we went back for our wedding bands. They had the widest selection of any ring store we had visited and the store is beautiful. Had a great experience with them

The worst experience I have had in a while in terms of customer service. I was rudely spoken to when I called the helpline for assistance and was also rudely spoken to by one of the female sales reps at the lekki outlet. I was given a case for cufflinks to place my ring in and just because I asked for an appropriate casing she started saying all sorts about how "the cases cost her 2k each" in the most rude way. Even went on to say if she ha had alternatives she would not bring them as customers are not allowed to pick cases. This prompted me to abandon the purchase I was about to make and I walked out of the shop. However, due to the high quality of Jewelries they have there, I was left with no choice but to go back. I was however attended to by a 2nd sales report and despite stating that I didn't appreciate how I was spoken to, the lady that was rude to me didn't even utter a single word of apology. Rather she totally ignored me and gave me really negative vibe while making my purchase. Although I like what I bought I don't think I will be going back there though My experience there was so bad believe it spoilt my entire day

The service is good and the rings are just as shown on their website
I got a size six engagement ring for my girlfriend which comes with a one year warranty(polishing and stone replacement inclusive)
It was a bit too tight and took it back for a replacement to a seven.
I recommend this store for anyone ready to make that BIG STEP in their relationship..Lol!
