The staff are warm and always helpful and proximity to main road is an advantage. They also offer shuttle to the airport.

Run down

Years ago, this hotel was nice and classy. Now, "derelict" is what comes to mind. The door to my bathroom had a broken handle. The hot water doesn't run for long. The furniture looks worn. Fortunately the bed is ok. The free WiFi doesn't work.
Now this was the experience in the room I got; maybe there are better rooms there, but I wonder then why they'd give me their worst when the hotel obviously wasn't full.

I won't be back.

For a hotel in upscale Allen Avenue, Ikeja, this hotel is a dissapointment. The place is infested with cockroaches. A serious health risk. I think the management should be responsible enough to close the place and do a serious renovation. Terrible sanitary facilities. And the water from the taps is coloured. Terrible customer relationship too. The staffs are not courteous at all. I won't visit again.

Great location. Cozy environment. Wonderful concierge and room service. Good meals available too. Cable TV, Security and polite hotel staff compliments the location.
