This is a beautiful environment, properly secured and also has a Good road network for easy navigation, there are schools, banks and even shopping malls and recreational centres also hotels for everyone mostly equipped with good internet services, every class of citizens can be found here but it is dominated by the high and middle class.

The neighbourhood is quite cool and mostly accommodate first & middle class citizens with a lot of high rated hospitality outfits. The road network make it easier to connect your next point within Ikeja

It is a secure and well planned estate. It is one of the oldest areas in Lagos state. There are different schools, shopping malls, hospitals, recreational places, banks and eateries located within this estate. Though houses are pricey. The roads are averagely motorable.

This is a serene environment good for child up bringing and development, mostly populated by Elites. It has almost everything needed in a reserved area.

For me this place is very homely, safe and secure, it’s a good place for kids to grow up in. That being said, that was the case some years back. Now it’s not just a government reserved area for residents alone because, the likes of nightlife clubs and the likes can be seen all around there now.

This is one of the oldest and best place to live in Lagos - most especially for those who love to reside in highly serene neighbourhood. The road networks are superb and that makes it so easy to connect most other parts of this great city.
