  Intriguing gym. Parking space can be a challenge because of the popularity of the gym especially during peak workout sessions and yoga exercises. Security is smart and always helpful. Excellent front desk receptionists. The changing rooms are spacy with lots of cabinet spaces for luggage. The gym instructors are experienced and know what they're doing, they're also always willing to help out. Gym equipments are state of the art and would compete anywhere. The pool, though small, is nice and well kept.

  More equipped than a lot of gyms but the down side is its not very spacious. The facilities are great though.

  The gym needs to be upgraded. Machines are getting old and difficult to use.
  The place seems to have been abandoned by owner, as though the owner is overwhelmed by it all.
