Nice and quiet.Narrow roads between the houses.

Most houses still under construction, estate already looking good with the few houses being constructed, security is top notch even though the roads that lead to the estate are still under construction, I suggest people to go through the new route from Godab estate as the road there is way better (for now). Overall a really good place, if you want to get a house there,i would say the earlier the better because the estate is coming up really fast and good.

An upcoming estate located within Life district. Construction of new buildings is still ongoing in the estate. The environment is secure.

Might encounter a few difficulties in trying to locate, but Google maps to the rescue always. And once you've found the place, you get a sense that you're in the right place, irrespective of whatever took you there.

Kafe gerden estate is a place of peace that organize, but the estate is still under construction, the entrance road that lead from Nugu still under construction and most of the enternal roads are also under construction, their security is 95% which they are doing they are possible best.

It's a new Estate and still under development. The internal road network is yet to be completed. Likewise the access road to the estate has not been done. Aside these, the estate is cool b Serene.
