Pleasant enough place, if you like the baroque look,columns and liberal splashes of gold. I found the room shown a little dark and musty. Bathroom in need of new sealant in places. Found a much more suitable place across the road.

Villa garden hotel is a 3star hotel with a 5star services.
It has 70+ rooms with all the facilities of a 5star
And one thing I like most about them is the fact that the staff are well trained and are ready to serve you exceptionally at all time.

Hotel is nice . Building is fine. Negatives however is that the waiters deliberately hide your bill print out and give you inflated figures. Oh and the Bar man said that a glass of screwdriver which is basically (campari and fruit juice) is N4,500. Their generating set was down for 2 hours without any prior information to guests. There are no phone directory in the rooms. Like i said building is fine though

Garbage ass hotel. They are not worth what they are charging. The room I stayed in had a broken door and a malfunctioning window. There is a night club next door that plays music non stop till late at night so expect a terrible night sleep. The bathtub had grime stains and the carpet was extremely dirty. The food was piss poor and the service was lousy and rude. I will definitely not be coming back here. What a waste.

Staffing is on point, young and vibrant. Customer service is superb here and the interior is lovely. I think this is one of the best hotel in Owerri, Imo State.

The best hotel in owerri. You get the most of your relaxation here. Rooms are up to date, the bar is very lively and fun, nice swimming pool, complimentary breakfast as well as nice foods.

This is about the best hotel in Owerri. Such an architectural masterpiece- with a ship-like exterior. Exceptional Staffing, young and very willing to improve. Very outstanding and impressive reception that offers great ambiance to guests. Though its not a resort, but it has the trappings of one. A great place for Banqueting, Conferences and Weddings

Their Food and pastry very sumptuous. Especially, the Afang Soup and Isi Ewu.
The pool is very inviting and clean with green and peaceful environment accompanied by refreshing sounds by the DJ. What a place.

The Rooms are very good and the toilets well maintanined

Security- Villa Garden Hotel Owerri is about the most secure property in Nigeria. with CCTV cameras and i also noticed that the have security decks high up in front of the hotel and at the rear by the pool.

I enjoyed their Wifi which is very fast.

Suggestions Going Forward
1. The hotel is very new. So Continue to train and re-train your staff
2. Ensure the hotel is maintained regularly.

Good air-conditioning system
But the pillows are too soft
