  I always stay here each time I come to Nigeria. Very clean hotel. Many hotels in owerri fail in keeping their washrooms and linens clean but heritage does a good job here. Cleanliness is very important especially for public usage facilities like a hotel. They have free internet and paid laundry services. Safe and quiet neighbourhood I recommend them. The room rates are so reasonable for standard very clean rooms. You will enjoy them. One negative is that they are always having issues with the shower head not functioning very well each time I go there. But this is a minor maintenance issue which they will immediately respond to when I complained. Overall, I will always lodge and recommend heritage.

  Their security is very poor that I have been a customer for 7 months and they could allow police troops to come get away with me around 5am in the morning
