I was at Vajane on the 8th of January for a friend's birthday party. It was my first time and the wait staff were horrible to everyone. We ordered for drinks and it took forever to arrive. At a point I asked the bartender for a pet bottle of coke but he was so aloof and condescending. I had to ask if he had a superior before he gave me the coke. My friends who live in Badagry say that how poor their service always is.

Newly opened cozy hotel in the Badagry suburb. Very reasonable rates. From N5000/night upwards. Neat rooms. The offered meals are good and very affordable. Good bush bar hang-out and poolside bar activity. Good location too off the Badagry expressway.
I would have given three stars but gave two because facility maintenance could be better. Also, hotel switches to smaller generating set in the early hours of the morning (around 4.30-5am) so the ACs don't work then, but the cieling fans do. Given the power problem I can see they are struggling to keep the rates competitive. They just opened business so will watch and may review again in a few months time.
Overall, the hotel is good, affordable and homely. Will visit again.
