The beach is located in badagry west. It is a private beach. The gate fee is #500 for adults and #200 for children. The beach has coconut trees and stands where drinks, food , roasted meat can be bought. There are also huts there that provides shade but at a cost. There is also horse ride and merry-go-round for children.

One of the neatest beach in Lagos, large size, clean water, home to coconut as it boast of the highest coconut trees. Highly affordable, with parking space.

For starters, what a lovely name "Suntan Beach". Entry fee is 500 naira per person and 300 naira for parking. The water is a mixture of nice green and brown waves creating regular current unto the sand to peoples delight and fun. Cheap concrete huts to hire at 1000 naira for whole stay, you may need a mat to rest or sleep at 250-300 naira each. Barbeque chicken, gizard, fishall there to buy from the mallams at 300-2500 depending on size. Also drinks to buy. Bringing your own chilled drinks, mats and food is a good idea though, if you want to save cost of buying way above market rate. Take a long walk down the beach, jist with loved ones and makes friends if you wish. Quite a large beach. Relatively clean and well maintained restrooms. Just turn up in your shorts, slip-on and tshirts. Have fun.

On approaching the beach front, I found the facilities well maintained and clean. The facility also has huts for relaxation and parties though they come at a very low fee. Don't expect world class or standard bath rooms but they have a dedicated space for changing and bathing. The facility is very secure as mobile policemen are stationed in and around the facility. They have horses which can be rented at a very low fee. I had a very fantastic time there and I also think you would.
