  I had to go there for a needless reason. After making a flight booking online, I got debited and received a cancellation mail for the same booking. Got their numbers from the website and called repeatedly, No one picked up. Got there and found them sharing milk and tissue papers! How pathetic? Because I was only interested in securing my travel ticket which was due in less than 48 hours, I had to pay extra as the ticket prices had gone higher. Such pathetic service..

  Helpful staff. Their office is in the rear wing, It can be accessed from the parking lot off the main street - Opebi.

  Terrible customer experience! if your prices are 8 to 10% higher than what your competition is offering then you should back this up with a less slurpy service! I just booked a ticket but it was hell getting through the process right from booking to payment validation to e-ticket generation. Less than one star rating if it exists

  Service is key . At travel start the moment your money is transferred the stop picking your calls and answering your emails it's very disappointing.

  Terrible. They never pick calls. Good business treat customers like kings not waste their time and money on routed unanswered calls.
