The worst travel experience I have ever had! The payment regime is exorbitant and deceitful. The accommodation provided was below standard and the lack of professionalism among the staff, especially in Abuja is really appalling. I and my family would never recommend it to anyone!
I would recommend VIP Express instead.

Visited their office today with my hubby after so much calls by their sales agents , only to be told that a commitment was be made before you can sign on to their package. Very impressive marketing , however, i must say they seem like scammers with their insistence on down payment. please do not visit with your cheque book!!!!

This holiday company knows how to make you feel like a king if you can fund your holidays and they will do the running around for you, but its no fund no service.
So far their services are commendable.
All businesses are profit oriented and Hemingway's safari will not be an exemption. Like some said, you put your money where your mouth is.

I was in attendance, with my hubby, at the Hemmingway's conference held at Raddison Blu on Sunday, 29 July 2018. Was disappointed to learn that it was a forum for the Company to market its products after telling so much lies over the phone making people believe that they actually won a free trip to any chosen destination. What was even more disappointing was the shabby way in which the managers treated us. After taking time out of our busy schedules to attend the event and notwithstanding that we had learnt that it was all a scam, we decided to listen through the program only to be interrupted by a very rude female Hemmingway staff who said we had leave because we had not done so much travel in recent times. She handed us something that looked like a gift certificate and waved us towards the door. She claimed other guests will also be ushered out as well. We knew it was a lie and hung around for almost 30 minutes and no other guest stepped out of the room.
Of course, I tossed the paper into the trash immediately I got outside, not caring to see what it was that they were offering. Such a nasty company. To think that I was going to introduce the company to my dad who does a lot of holidaying. Mtcheeeew. What a shame.

First impression they say makes an imprint and lingers for long. I attended your presentation talk today 2nd of may at LCCI and will say i am very disappointed that such a reputable company as yours will stoop this low to get customers at all cost in the name of shabby marketing here in Nigeria.
1. You guys feel you can just attract responsible and hardworking people with good sense of judgment to a place on working day to tell them stories of things the know and have better alternatives.
2. Not having respect for my time alone when you kept bringing in preachers to come waste precious time in rotation means you don't deserve my penny.
3. Note. Your marketing strategy of giving false hope, was adopted by so many fake 419 recruitment firms in Lagos, with sms messages like: Congratulation you have been selected for an interview please come for a chat. etc is very synonymous to the one from Hemingways which categorize you as part of those mentioned above.
Your competitors (TRAVELBETA, WAKANOW, TRAVELSTART etc) who understand five star services cant stoop this low. Please allow people to decide either the want your services or not by good digital marketing campaigns in their leisure rather than attracting innocent people on false hope to a place and waste their precious time. I am a potential customer who can write about my Hemingways experience on social media and get other potential customer not value your phony services. Please take note and correct your mistakes Hemingways. kind regards.
